Prohms Health Academy (PHA), is a new and all encompassing facility providing a wide range of professional services to the local community.
The company was launched in September 2010 and is the coming together of two experienced local Huddersfield people, namely, Sandra Babbings, Director and owner of Prohms Occupational Health and Prohms Physiotherapy & Ergonomics and Matt Coulson, 14 years fitness and sports industry experience from throughout the whole of the UK, US and EU,
Located just outside the town centre on part of the former Brook Motors site, the facility is unique in its layout and offering. It has 2 physiotherapy treatment rooms, 2 consulting rooms, office space, reception and waiting area and a very smart and functional 1,000 sq ft gym/exercise area. Having being recently fitted out the facility is now fully operational and provides the following professional services: -
- Physiotherapy consultations & treatments
- One to One Exercise Coaching
- Pilates
- Weight Loss
- Circuit Training
- Specific, seasonal, small group training courses such as 'Ski-Fit'
The services provided are available to anyone, no membership is required (but available as an option from only £20 per month), with services payable as part of a course or simply pay per visit. This flexible approach is aimed at allowing the customer to choose which option works best for them.
